Contact and identity information
This may include your name, company name, job title, mailing address, email address, telephone or mobile number, and other information you provide.
Shipment and transportation information
This may include pickup and delivery addresses, appointment details, shipment descriptions, reference numbers, delivery instructions, freight information, proof-of-delivery information, and information about shippers, brokers, consignees, or other shipment contacts.

Where permitted by law, telephone calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, safety, documentation, or dispute-resolution purposes. We will provide notice or obtain consent when required.
Consent and preference records
We may maintain records showing:
- When and how you agreed to receive calls or text messages;
- The telephone number covered by the consent;
- The disclosures presented when consent was obtained;
- Your communication preferences;
- Opt-out, unsubscribe, and do-not-call requests; and
- The date and manner in which a request was processed.
Website and device information
When you use our website, we or our service providers may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, and the date and time of your visit.
We may use cookies and similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to operate, secure, measure, and improve our website.
Business and transaction records
We may collect records relating to quotes, invoices, payments, claims, contracts, insurance, compliance, and services requested or provided.
We do not intend to collect payment-card information directly through ordinary website contact forms. If electronic payment services are offered, payment information may be processed by a payment provider under its own privacy terms.

4. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and quote requests;
- Arrange, perform, and document transportation services;

- Communicate with customers, brokers, shippers, consignees, drivers, and vendors;

5. Telephone Calls and Text Messages
Types of communications
Depending on your relationship with JW Delivery Corp and the choices you make, calls or messages may concern:
- Responses to requests for information or freight quotes;
- Pickup and delivery scheduling;
- Dispatch and shipment-status updates;
- Arrival, delay, and delivery notifications;
- Requests for documents or delivery instructions;
- Customer service and account support;
- Safety or operational matters; and
- Promotional information, but only when permitted by law and supported by any consent required for that communication.
Message frequency varies based on your requests, shipment activity, and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent
When you expressly opt in, you authorize JW Delivery Corp to contact you at the telephone number you provide through calls and SMS or MMS text messages for the purposes disclosed at the point of consent.
Where clearly disclosed at the time you opt in, communications may be made using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving transportation services.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number you provide and that you are authorized to give consent for that number. Please notify us promptly if your telephone number changes or is reassigned.
Opting out of text messages
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a message from us.
After an opt-out request, we may send one non-promotional message confirming the request. We will then stop the covered messages unless you later provide new consent. You may receive communications that are legally required, requested after the opt-out, or necessary to address an emergency or complete a service you separately request, where permitted by law.
For assistance, reply HELP, call (484) 773-8635, or email JWDeliveryCorp@gmail.com.
Opting out of text messages does not automatically cancel an active transportation service or prevent necessary non-automated communications about a service you request, to the extent permitted by law.
Revoking consent and do-not-call requests
You may revoke permission for covered calls or text messages through any reasonable method, including:
- Using one of the text-message keywords listed above;
- Calling (484) 773-8635;
- Emailing JWDeliveryCorp@gmail.com; or
- Mailing a request to our address below.
Please clearly identify the telephone number and the types of communications you want stopped. We will process requests within the time required by applicable law.
We maintain an internal do-not-call list and honor applicable federal, state, provincial, and company-specific do-not-call requirements.
United States communications
Calls and text messages to recipients in the United States are intended to comply with applicable requirements under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Federal Communications Commission rules, Federal Trade Commission rules, the National Do Not Call Registry, and applicable state laws.
Where prior express written consent is legally required for marketing communications made using regulated technology, we will seek that consent through a clear affirmative action. Consent may be withdrawn as described above.
Canadian communications
Commercial text messages sent to recipients in Canada are intended to comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and other applicable Canadian requirements.
Where applicable, we will:
- Obtain express or legally recognized implied consent before sending a commercial electronic message;
- Identify JW Delivery Corp as the sender;
- Provide valid contact information;
- Include a working, readily performed unsubscribe mechanism; and
- process unsubscribe requests without delay and no later than ten business days after receiving them.
Express consent for Canadian commercial electronic messages remains valid until it is withdrawn, unless the consent was limited when given. Any implied consent is used only within its lawful scope and duration.
Telemarketing calls to recipients in Canada are also subject to applicable Canadian Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules, including National Do Not Call List, caller identification, calling-time, and internal do-not-call requirements.
6. Mobile Information and SMS Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
JW Delivery Corp does not sell, rent, or disclose mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent records to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. When We May Disclose Other Information
Subject to the mobile-information restrictions above, we may disclose other personal information when reasonably necessary to:
- Transportation customers, brokers, shippers, consignees, drivers, warehouses, and vendors involved in providing a requested service;
- Website hosting, communications, information technology, accounting, payment, legal, insurance, and other service providers that perform services for us;
- Government agencies, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, shipments, or the public;
- Insurers, auditors, attorneys, accountants, and professional advisers; and
- A successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
We require service providers to handle information only for authorized business purposes and to protect it appropriately.
We do not sell or rent personal information for money. We do not use SMS consent as permission for unrelated marketing by another company.
8. Cookies and Website Choices
Our website may use essential cookies needed for security, navigation, form submission, and basic operation. If we use nonessential analytics or advertising cookies, we will provide any notice and choices required by applicable law.
You may adjust cookie controls through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website from working properly.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving claims, demonstrating communication consent, honoring opt-out requests, and meeting legal, insurance, safety, and regulatory obligations.
Consent and suppression records may be retained as necessary to demonstrate compliance and ensure that an opt-out or do-not-call request continues to be honored. When information is no longer required, we will delete, destroy, or de-identify it using reasonable measures, subject to applicable law.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No website, electronic transmission, telephone system, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should not send highly sensitive information through an unencrypted contact form, ordinary email, or SMS.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- Ask whether we hold personal information about you;
- Request access to that information;
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Object to or limit certain uses or disclosures;
- Request deletion, subject to legal and operational exceptions;
- Opt out of marketing communications;
- Ask how information has been used or disclosed; and
- Submit a privacy complaint without retaliation or discriminatory treatment.
To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 16. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before responding.
These rights are subject to applicable exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to complete requested services, maintain suppression lists, comply with law, protect safety, or establish and defend legal claims.
Canadian residents
Where Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act or substantially similar provincial legislation applies, we will follow applicable principles concerning accountability, identified purposes, meaningful consent, limited collection, limited use and retention, accuracy, safeguards, openness, individual access, and complaint handling.
Canadian residents may ask for access to their personal information and information about how it has been used or disclosed. They may also challenge its accuracy or completeness, subject to lawful exceptions.
12. Cross-Border Processing
JW Delivery Corp is located in the United States. If you are in Canada or another country, information you provide may be processed and stored in the United States.
Information handled in the United States may be subject to U.S. law and may be accessible to U.S. courts, law-enforcement agencies, or government authorities where legally required. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
13. Third-Party Websites
Our website may link to maps, regulators, payment providers, social media, or other third-party services. We do not control the privacy or security practices of those services. Please review their privacy notices before providing them with personal information.
14. Children’s Privacy
Our website and transportation services are directed to businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
If a change materially affects how we use information previously collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
